We love Dependable Docks. This company is fantastic, I cannot say enough good things about this company. The quotes they give you they stick to even if they missed something they couldn't see, they will stick to their quote. We've dealt with another dock company that was horrible and the worst experience of our lives. I thought all dock companies were like the one we had a bad experience with but this one is not!! Dan is so nice and professional and will give you a fair and honest quote. His guys are great and work hard and fast (within the day), and if you are unhappy they will fix the problem for not additional cost. Amazing company!! We have all our dock repairs done by this company and will use them for any future needs.

I'd give Dependable Docks 6 stars if I could. Over the last 3 years they have helped to rehab my 20 year old dock - upgrading the flooring, replacing the lifts, redesigning the slip configuration, adding dog stairs, replacing the ramp, adding land anchors, adjusting lake anchors, and lots of general dock maintenance. Every time I call or email with a new idea, they figure out a way to make it happen and make it better.

Finally a great business that does what they say and does it right! This is a small family business that is not always there to answer the phone but definitely does get back with you. I handled 100% of my business over the phone and got great service. Confirmation for work was done via email, quality of new replacement install HydroHoist boat lift and follow up to insure that I was happy was on target. Good value, great service and dependable performance! They do repair work as well and have helped me in the past but it was time for a new lift and they did this in an amazing fashion! If you live out of town and have a boat on Lake Travis this business can be depended on to take care of things when you can't.

I recently purchased a previously-owned Hydro Hoist lift from Dependable Docks. The installation was performed on schedule and well done; and the hoist works great. Unless the Zebra mussels learn to jump out of the water, there will not be latching on to the bottom of my boat.

Dependable Docks are the best team on the lake. I promise you they are worth waiting for. The team is hardworking. They do excellent work and they do exactly what they say they will do. Reliable, honest and trustworthy. They are the go to for additions, and on going dock maintenance and troubleshooting. They stay busy which is why at times folks state they are a bit hard to reach. I wish they would triple their staff size however I imagine it’s hard to find folks that fit their work ethic. Always great to work with.

Five stars is not enough to describe my experience. The creativity and innovation on my boat lift was extraordinarily. I needed a lift that could be used for both a pontoon and a ski boat and they designed one that would accommodate either. They were prompt and professional. Top of the line materials and workmanship. I could not have been more satisfied!!

These guys are five star- they're able to put together any kind of dock you could possibly imagine, not to mention stairs to get down to it if you happen to be on a cliff.

Great experience! I'm on Lake Travis and had to get the encapsulated floats for my dock to meet LCRA standards. I specifically worked with Levy and they were over a $1000 less than my other quotes and did a fantastic job! I would definitely use them again.
