How frequent do you visit maintenance customers?
Under our maintenance program, we visit your boat dock by boat every two weeks, we check its position and condition and we adjust the dock out or in according to the water level. We check the weather forecast and adjust for a two-week window keeping the dock as close to shore as possible. We visit the dock on a Wednesday so that you are in good shape for the weekend. Will I be involved in the design process?

What is the warranty on your docks?
We offer a 3 year warranty on all of our docks.
What are your docks made out of?
All components are manufactured out of bare steel and then sent out to be hot-dipped galvanized. The components are then bolted together during assembly of the dock in order to maintain the galvanized seal and prevent corrosion. Hot-dipped galvanized steel is by far the strongest and longest lasting material for fresh water docks.
